This website

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or share personal information. Our hosting provider may record standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site, and we may use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand overall traffic.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, contact details and message to respond and to follow up about your request. We keep this information only as long as needed for that purpose and our business records.

Our products

WND Terminal is installed and run by our customers. It connects directly to the customer’s own systems, and we do not receive, store or process the customer’s host traffic or screen data. Licences are verified offline. Diagnostic files are created only when a customer chooses to, with screen contents redacted by default, and are shared with us only if the customer sends them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
